Situated in the historic Village of Lewiston and a few miles from Niagara Falls and the wine country, this Historic Greek Revival Mansion retains all its original architectural features, both interior and exterior. Built in 1815, the 6000-SF mansion is situated on two acres of hilltop land overlooking the beautiful waters of the Niagara Gorge and Canada beyond. The charming Village of Lewiston has been at the center of American history for over two hundred years.

The house comes with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and seven fireplaces. Original features include mantels, doors, windows, wood floorboards, and crown moldings. With its large windows providing plenty of natural light and beautiful views, it's no wonder the mansion has been featured in numerous film and television programs.

The grounds include the original bridal path, broom stick fence, and natural New England stone terraces . The 4,000-sf East Terrace is surrounded by 90-year-old wisteria vines and ancient oak trees. The 2,000-sf West Terrace has a sweeping view of the Niagara Gorge.

The front portico, overlooking the bridal path and the Village beyond, features original columns. Built in 1807, the house was burned down by the British during the War of 1812. After the War, it was fully rebuilt and has since hosted many famous visitors including the Marquis de LaFayette, John Jacob Aster, and famed American author James Fenimore Cooper. Known as "the most historic square mile in American history," Lewiston has a rich and colorful past. This quiet and charming Village was the ancient trade routes of the mighty Portage, the centerpiece of Empire. Lewiston was also the last stop on the Underground railroad.

From the Mansion, one can stroll down the 200-year-old Bridal Path into the Village with its one-of-a-kind shops and romantic restaurants. The Mansion is also just a five-minute walk to Lewiston’s Performing Arts Center. A short drive away is the beautiful, unspoiled wine country of the region.
