"Once upon a time, there was a talented graphic designer who created a very unique map for his wife. This map was so special that soon the rest of the world heard about it and couldn't wait to see it in person." That could be the perfect opening line for the story we're about to share with you. The graphic designer is Tim Ritz. One day, as he was watching the 1940s British television show Foyle's War with his wife Kolleen, she asked him where the series was set. Tim pulled out his post-it note and drew a map to show her where Hastings was. His post-it-note drawing was so good that his wife continued asking him where the film locations of her other favorite British shows were, Downton Abbey and Pride & Prejudice. Tim decided to create the ultimate U.K. film location map for Kolleen. A decision that we all now get to profit from.
